Insurance & Payment Plans

Vision Plans We Accept

We also see many patients who have out-of-network insurance plans such as Spectera, Superior Vision, Avesis, or Davis Vision. We provide all receipts needed to submit for reimbursement.

For our Self-Pay patients, we do provide additional discounts on frames, lenses, and multiple pair purchases.

Vision plans pays towards refraction (determination of eyeglass prescription) and basic eye health screening examination. They do not cover the evaluation and treatment of medical eye problems such as dry eye, diabetes, high blood pressure, eye infections or injuries.

Medical Insurance We Accept

Medical insurance pays towards the examination of medical eye problems such as dry eye, cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other conditions that may affect the health of the eyes; does not cover refraction (determination of eyeglass prescription).

Since there are so many vision plans and medical insurances, we do ask for BOTH vision plan and medical insurance information before your visit. We believe that the cost for great eye care shouldn’t be a secret. If you have any questions specific to your vision plan or medical insurance please call or email us at any time. Our friendly staff is waiting to help you!
